Overnight oats - for life on the go

I love an easy, on the go breakfast that is both healthy and delicious! Overnight oats is so simple its great because you can eat while on your way to work and still get your fruits and healthy oats.

Grab a mason jar with a lid
add 1/4 rolled oats to the bottom
a cup of yogurt (the 100 calorie Greek yogurts are the best)
chop fruit of choice and mix in
a good handful of nuts (slivered almonds are delicious)
refrigerate overnight and grab and go in the AM
